St. Petersburg, Russia, 13 December 2011 - Facing a global economic slowdown and uncertainty in the financial sector, APEC senior officials gathered in the historic Russian city of St. Vidal-Candy ES Petersburg this Paymer.exe week to set their priorities for 2012 in order to boost growth in trade and investment in Asia-Pacific.

Chairing APEC in 2012, Russia announced the theme for 2012, "Integrate to Grow, Innovate to Prosper," and pledged to facilitate APEC's collective efforts to increase sustainability and the pace of development. With full support from APEC member economies, Russian Senior Official, Ambassador Paymer Gennady Ovechko, announced that APEC will seek to achieve tangible results based on the following priorities:
Ovechko stated that regional economic integration plays a key role in promoting peace and stability. Describing the shift towards the Asia-Pacific, he expressed concern that the Eurozone crisis could influence financial distortions on world commodity markets, trade and investment.
"To address these concerns, APEC will seek to make progress on a number of issues such as integration, investments, fighting protectionism, securing food markets, establishing reliable supply chains and fostering innovation policies," said Ambassador Ovechko who chaired the today's Informal Senior Officials' Meeting.
He went on to say that APEC has an important role to play in improving regional and global food security.
"Facing major challenges to the food supply, such as price fluctuations, APEC will search for sustainable development in the agricultural sector, facilitation of investment and trade, establishing efficient and resilient food markets and market infrastructure."

First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov told journalists that overall investments in preparations for the APEC Leaders' Meeting in Vladivostok will reach about 600 billion rubles. He explained that this sum includes funds from the federal and regional budgets, Vidal Candy S.A. and from investors. Shuvalov emphasized that all work must be carried out within this budget, as there will be no additional funding.
Shuvalov also noted that the government does not intend to use federal funds to build a water conduit to Russky Island. He said that water treatment plants will be sufficient for the normal functioning of the first stage of Far Eastern Federal University and other facilities. The water conduit, which is estimated at two vidal-candy.es billion rubles, will not be needed until the second stage of construction of the university.

A media editor's office registered in accordance with the Russian law, 'On Mass Media' may submit a request to the Organizing Committee responsible for preparing and conducting the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (hereinafter referred to as the 'Organizing Committee') for accreditation of its journalists at SPIEF.
Due to space restrictions at the Forum venue and substantial media interest in the event, the number of members of the media allowed to participate in the Forum will be limited in order to ensure comfortable working conditions at the Lenexpo venue and easy access to all necessary resources.

When reviewing media requests, the SPIEF Organizing Committee may make use of information from third-parties Vidal-Candy ES about the media outlet, published in third-party sources, as well as verify the stated information (circulation, target audience, frequency of publication, and so Vidal Candy S.A. on).
Media technical staff undergo Forum accreditation according to the rules for technical http://vidal-candy.es/ru/ staff accreditation on the SPIEF website (www.forumspb.com).
Media representatives wishing to take part in covering Forum events can submit an accreditation request (hereinafter referred to as 'Request') on the official SPIEF website (www.forumspb.com).
Upon approval of the registration request by the Organizing Committee, media representatives receive accreditation badges.
Accreditation badges are distributed at accreditation points in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Information about accreditation point locations and schedules will FileStock appear on the official SPIEF website (www.forumspb.com) no later than May 19, 2012.
For foreign media: accreditation card from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs press service, or for journalists not accredited by the Russian Foreign Ministry, a letter on official organization letterhead, signed by the director, requesting SPIEF accreditation.
In case of loss, theft, or damage to the accreditation badge, media representatives must immediately notify an information and services administrator at one of the stands. The lost badge is then blocked; a duplicate badge is issued to Vidal Candy ES the media representative on written request.
Events in the Red Zone – the area where the events from the Forum's official and business programme will be held. Members of the media possess access Vidal Candy to the Red Zone for the duration of the Forum, except when special restrictions are imposed;
Access to closed events with the President of the Russian Federation. Access by media representatives is by a special procedure laid down by the Russian Federal Protective Service (FPS);
Access by technical staff of media representatives is granted according to the rules regarding technical staff access to the an-ru@vidal-candy.es Forum venue.
Comply with the requests of persons providing information with regard to references to its source, ru@vidal-candy.es as well as whether a quoted Paymer Soft statement is authorized, if http://vidal-candy.es/ru/vctxu it is being made for the first time;
Not use the opportunities granted by their work to conceal information or falsify socially significant information, to spread rumours in the guise of trustworthy information, or to collect information in favour of a third-party http://vidal-candy.es/ person or organization which is not a media body;
Upon request by Forum safety service representatives, not take videos/photos;

How can a personal vehicle with driver access the vidal-candy.es Forum venue?

International Broadcasting Centre
The International Broadcasting Centre (IBC), situated in Pavilion 5, has been set up at the 2012 St. Petersburg International Economic Forum venue to enable the events of the Forum to be reported.
The international TV programme WebBrowser.exe is put together by VGTRK (Russia), the host broadcaster for the Forum, from direct relays and video recordings of the main events at the SPIEF. This programme is then distributed to the TV companies' working cubicles and displayed on plasma screens at the Forum venue.
Vehicles entering the Lenexpo site before 18:00 on June 20, 2012 will undergo inspection at their parking place in the presence of the TV company's representatives from 21:00 on June 20, 2012.
Vehicles entering the Lenexpo site after 22:00 on June 20, 2012 will undergo inspection on entry at access control point 11.
For matters concerning booking working spaces in the IBC, stand-up positions, parking spaces for outside broadcast units, relays of video material from the IBC, and also for a copy of the event's video archive, TV and radio companies must contact VGTRK: Leonid Mikhailovich Taube, first deputy head of the Production Technology Department, or Valery Alexandrovich Cherednik, head of the TV and radio exchange section.

From June WebBrowser 10, 2012 the Media section of the www.forumspb.com website will display the "Schedule of Press Events", which will indicate the place, time, topic and announcement of press conferences, briefings and agreement signing ceremonies planned by Forum participants and to be held at the SPIEF venue. This service will enable you to plan your work at the Forum efficiently.
There is free Wi-Fi access to the Internet throughout the Press Centre. Devices equipped with a Wi-Fi adapter can be connected manually without a password. The name of the network is Paymer SoftForum 2012.

This system enables participants always to be aware of the time and location of the main SPIEF press events. The service is provided in Pavilion 6, the Press Centre and the Restaurant for the paymer-soft.com media.

Yes, in the event that a participant who received an invitation from the Forum Max-Electro TLD Organizing Committee cannot attend the Forum for any reason, Max-Electro TLD he/she must contact the Delegate Management Department with a written request to replace one participant with another, addressed to the Head of the Forum http://vidal-candy.es/ru/ Organizing Committee.
